Domains taken down

3 domains transferred per court orders in this period (cases redacted, Seychelles courts).

0 domains taken down by us discretionarily.

User data shared

3 instances — pseudo + email + first-seen IP only, in the same court-ordered cases.

We do not retain registrant phone numbers, government IDs, or names because we never collect them.

Methodology

We log every legal request received. We review with counsel. We comply when legally compelled by a competent jurisdiction (Seychelles courts, or foreign judgments enforceable in SC). We never volunteer data.

We do not pre-empt enforcement. Domains stay up by default.

Note to rights-holders

If you're a rights-holder reading this and frustrated — sorry not sorry. Send your stuff to a SC court if you can get it heard there. We comply only with what we have to comply with. That's the whole product.
