DNS

The Domain Name System translates human-readable domain names into IP addresses so your traffic actually reaches the server you typed. Without DNS, you'd memorize numbers. DNS is decentralized by design—your query bounces through recursive resolvers, authoritative nameservers, and root nameservers in a chain. The catch: every lookup is visible to your ISP and recursive resolver operator unless you encrypt it (DoH, DoT). For bunkerdomains customers, your DNS records live on resilient nameservers we don't log or snitch on. You can point your domain anywhere: bulletproof hosting, a privacy VPN endpoint, an onion service gateway, whatever. DNS doesn't care about legality—it's infrastructure. What matters is whether your registrar, hosting provider, and resolver operator care. We don't.
